Adrian Lloyd, a seasoned music and media entrepreneur with an extensive track record spanning over three decades. With an unwavering passion for A&R, artist management, music production, and artist development, Adrian's journey in the music industry has been driven by a relentless desire to help artists, writers, and producers transform their artistic endeavors into tangible success stories.

Throughout his career, Adrian has garnered extensive experience in multiple facets of the music business, including record label operations, music publishing, A&R, and artist management. His in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in advertising agency operations, media planning, business management, advertising, marketing, and brand development further enrich his expertise.

Adrian's dedication to supporting musicians is the heartbeat of Satellite 13, as he strives to create a sustainable and rewarding ecosystem where artists can flourish and connect with their fans. Javier DiazHead of International Touring (Head Office Australia)

Javier Diaz has been involved in every aspect of the Australian music industry for over 20 years. He first created his own touring company in 2004 after noticing a substantial gap in touring acts reaching the West Coast of Australia. From very humble beginnings working in street marketing, he moved through to artist management and then advanced to international touring. During his career he has worked on countless international tours.

Javier has vast experience dealing with major international acts and also helping countless up and coming artists find their way onto stages across the country. Touring acts like Common and Talib Kweli, Toni Braxton, TY Dolla $ign , Redman and Method Man, De La Soul, Hip Hop kings from House Of Pain, Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Tricks, Atmosphere and Evidence, Brother Ali and Sean Price, members of Wu-Tang Clan, and Eminem’s right hand man Obie Trice. He has also toured Rock Stars like Steven Adler from Guns and Roses, RnB royalty Ginuwine, Keith Sweat, Blackstreet, plus super producer and Michael Jackson collaborator Teddy Riley.

Many joint ventures and relationships over the years have led to Javier working at all major music festivals that toured Australia, like Summadayze, Good Vibrations, The Big Day Out, Future Music Festival, Southbound, Laneway Festival, Global Gathering, Stereosonic, Parklife, Origin, Creamfields and Good life. Javier now brings his vast knowledge and networking assets to Satellite 13 Entertainment Group international touring division.

Michelle BakkerArtist Manager / Music Consultant (Auckland New Zealand)

Michelle is an International Artist Manager, a fully qualifed Life / Purpose Coach and a Yoga / Meditation Teacher, who recognises and grows talent. Passionate and purpose driven, she has built a 20-year career working with the world’s finest music producers, record companies and musicians. She has helped shape the successful careers of young bands and experienced artists alike. Michelle’s skills range from managing the rigours of touring the United States, to negotiating recording contracts or brand sponsorships. Michelle successfully negotiated and signed a six figure recording contract with Columbia Records in New York, for New Zealand band, No Wyld. She has also generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in licensing and brand partnerships with Nike, Apple, Bose and EA Games. Michelle was also the personal manager to Jaz Coleman - lead singer of London band, Killing Joke, 1995 - 2005.

Michelle has co-ordinated recording sessions for both the London Symphony Orchestra and the Prague Symphony Orchestra. At the beginning of her career, Michelle was the Client Service Director at The Record Plant in Los Angeles. Talent  she has worked with included Prince, Nine-Inch Nails, Julio Iglesias, Marilyn Mason, and Barbara Streisand. Her expertise spans artist management, deal negotiation, brand sponsorships, brand partnerships, online marketing. online community building, social media management, event management, positioning, marketing, International business, music licensing, team building and project management.

Brandon FriesenArtist Manager / Record Producer (Los Angeles USA)

Brandon is a Multi Juno Award Winning, Grammy nominated Record Producer, Mixer, Songwriter, TV & Film Producer, Label Owner, Hospitality, Software Entrepreneur and Artist Manager based in Los Angeles, California.

Recently Brandon has produced, co-wrote and or mixed: The Kooks, Papa Roach, Hugh Harris, Halestorm, Killboy, From Ashes To New, The Hu, Star Wars “The Last Jedi”,  Sum 41,  Re3ab, The Calling, Motley Crue, The Marmozets, Citizen Cope, Toots and the Maytals, Arko (Bollywood), The Jeff Healey Band (featuring George Harrison and Jeff Lynne), Gin Wigmore, The Wrecks, Billy Ray Cyrus, Black River Delta and more.  

Brandon is published by Primary Wave, Urband / Lazar and Kobalt.  He founded Arbor Records in 1999, (which was named one of the most influential record labels in Canada by Applaud Magazine), He founded Studio 11 in 1999 which was awarded Recording Studio of the Year by the WCMA’s twice, he created Arbor Television Inc in 2004 which produced several highly acclaimed TV series, he Co-Founded Blue Cadillac Music with Billy Ray Cyrus in 2012 and The Pride Management in 2016.  He’s also created companies spanning several industries including Recording Studios, Management, Tech, Hospitality, Animation, TV and Film, Concert Production / Promotion, Marketing, Wine & Spirits and Crypto. He’s won numerous awards and received several Gold Records spanning over 3 decades and in December 2019 he was the first foreigner to receive the highest and most prestigious honor in Mongolia “The Order of Chengiss Khaan (Gengis Khan)” for his involvement in managing Mongolian rock sensation The Hu to Global recognition.  



 

Andrew PhillipsContent Manager, Editor, Producer, Music Consultant (London UK)

A highly respected content manager, editor, producer, and presenter creating award winning content that engages audiences around the world, Andrew has helped artists, personalities, brands and platforms, across 400 radio stations, over 200 podcasts, 6 television channels and 100's of apps. Personally produced over 1200 live major broadcasting events for more than 150 personalities and 400 music acts.

A passionate music man who has influenced radio hits and developed bespoke music content, playlists, interviews, and sessions with music acts around the world on various platforms including: Coldplay, Disclosure, Bipolar Sunshine, Kings of Leon, Raye, Rudimental, Sheppard, Paul Kelly, Muse, U2, REM, Foo Fighters, Gavin James, John Butler Trio, Birds of Tokyo, Jack Savoretti, Elbow, Radiohead, Oasis, Blur. The Verve, Snow Patrol, Take That, George Michael, Sir Elton John,  Queens of The Stone Age, Sir Paul McCartney, Wretch 32, Maverick Sabre and many, many more.

David J. HolmanMulti-Platinum Producer, Engineer, Composer (Los Angeles USA)

David J. Holman is a Gold & Multi-Platinum record producer and mixing engineer whose credits include No Doubt's smash hit Tragic Kingdom and Bush's Sixteen Stone.  Other highlights from his discography include Unwritten Law, Adema, Olivia Newton-John, Grease and Everclear. Despite his major label pedigree, David has always been "indie friendly" and he typically works with several up-and-coming artists every year. David's private studio boasts the best of both analog and digital technologies, and features a massive vintage analog outboard collection and large format analog console to complement a state-of-the-art Pro Tools HD system.

David has been in the music business for more than forty years. Albums that he has recorded, mixed and produced have sold more than 100 million copies worldwide. The studio he owns and operates, Cactus Studio, is well recognized as one of the top mixing studios in the business. He recorded and mixed the music for both the Grease and Xanadu films as well as Olivia’s Greatest Hits.

David went on to design and build Cactus Studio, where he has worked on countless
albums, most notably No Doubt’s Tragic Kingdom and Bush’s The Science of Things.

Michelan Francis, AKA Prod. MickeyProducer, Engineer, Composer (Perth Western Australia)

Michelan Francis, otherwise known as "Prod. Mickey" is an Australian producer whose journey begun at the early age of 8 years old where he started his training as a classical pianist. As he approached his teenager years Michelan discovered the widely known production software, FL Studio. Despite initially producing EDM and dance music Mickey started to drift towards the rap and hip hop scene that he had grown up listening to. 
 
After 10 years of development Mickey went on to create a YouTube channel in 2019. Within the first year Prod. Mickey achieved over 7,000 subscribers building an active fanbase of artists, producers and songwriters. His versatility as a multi-genre composer and producer has taken the scene by storm leaving listeners waiting for his digital signature, "I love you Mickey."
