The original version of Patient Sixty-Seven's "Where To From Here" was released earlier this year as a single ahead of their EP 'Home Truths', which features the track, and its video can be seen below. This new reimagined version of the single features Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens and follows reimagined versions of "Gustavo Bling" and "I Can Resist Anything, Except Temptation" as well as the band's recent cover of Silverstein's "My Heroine".
